Ordering is easy. Visit our online ordering form at skephoto.hd.pics/order, fill in the property details, and choose your preferred date and time. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your shoot is booked.

Shoot time varies with the size of the property and the services ordered. Most residential shoots take between 30 minutes and an hour.

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot — most are ready the next morning. If your order includes video, expect delivery within 48 hours.

A detailed home-prep checklist is included in your booking confirmation and reminder emails. We ask that agents review it with their clients and homeowners ahead of time — a well-prepped home makes a big difference in the final photos.

We understand things come up. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
